Hello everyone! We've expanded our services to include maintenance, installation, and sourcing for machines. We're offering a full set of services for everything from home sewing machines to industrial sewing machines. If it's a single-stitch, double stitch, cover stitch, 3-, 4-, 5-thread serger, or even blind hemmers, we'll be able to help you along. Depending on if you need basic maintenance on a sewing machine, or you need to find or order a specific machine for a specific project, our services can provide that knowledge and experience.

Restoration

As of this moment, we do not have the capacity to do more than maintenance and basic-to-heavy cleaning of machines, but we have and can work on machines over a century in age. If you're looking to have an antique sewing machine serviced, we can do that. However, we recommend Mumford Restoration located in North Raleigh at:

Or you can call them at 919-510-6310. They are great to work with and well worth the money if you're looking to bring a dusty old machine with a table from an attic and have it become the centerpiece of a room.

Limited Warranties:

We offer follow-up services for anything that may have gone wrong during our initial work. Up to one workweek for industrial machines and up to two weeks for home machines, we'll come back out and give it a tune up up to what was covered during the initial scope of the work. Past that time period, a minimum charge of $40 up to a full work-order will be accrued due at the time of service. ​This only covers what may have gone wrong with the initial scope of work, not anything that may have come up separately.
