Sourcing, the basics and beyond
As of right now, my shop is not large enough to keep anything qualifying as "good inventory," in stock for people to buy from me directly. So, instead of leaving no options available, I can offer my services for sourcing equipment, parts, accessories, etc. and then installing or setting up equipment for a fee. See the Maintenance and Installation page for more details.
Consultation
If you're looking to expand your capacity, or even start a new business, we can provide consultation services to better get you up and running. For those local to the Raleigh area, we can meet over coffee with no fees attached, but if you would like us to meet with you at your location, or probable location, we have a consultation fee to cover the years of expertise we've gathered.
I have a background in machine shops and have been to quite a number of sewing shops across the country by this time in my life. If you're looking to set something up, there are always a few tips and tricks to make them run better depending on the budget involved.

Limited Warranty:
We offer follow-up services for anything that may have gone wrong during after initial work. Up to two-weeks for industrial machines and 30-days for home sewing machines, we'll come back out and give it a tune up up to what was covered during the initial scope of the work. Past that time period, a minimum charge of $40 up to a full work-order will be accrued due at the time of service. This only covers what may have gone wrong with the initial scope of work, not anything that may have come up separately.
We are not responsible for any damage to machines during transport.
